If no specific country is designated, then the click came from the US. Sometimes I will be unable to differentiate the exact click payouts and countries on a pair of keywords, as is the case with the first set below. This will typically happen when a particular domain name receives more than one high-paying keyword ($2.00 or higher) click in a single day.
